MY Blue Pearl – Sundeck
Elegance in design both inside and out MY Blue Pearl and its crew will offer you not just the warmest of welcomes but some of the best diving the Red Sea has to offer.
Built in November 2003, at a length of 36m and breadth of 8m MY Blue Pearl cruises all routes from the North to the South taking in the most famous and sought after itineraries from the classical Northern Wrecks & Reefs down to the marine parks of Brothers, Daedalus, Zabargad & Rocky offering you up to 21 dives per week.
Elegant in design
Accommodating up to a maximum of 20 guests MY Blue Pearl offers 8 twin bedded cabins and 2 double bedded upper deck master cabins, all en suite and all with A/C. MY Blue Pearl offers a comfortable lounge and dining area equipped with TV, DVD and CD player, outside you can find 2 spacious partly shaded cushioned sun decks allowing ample space for relaxation.
Twin staircases leading to a large dive platform with a charging station for your torch and camera batteries, equipment rinsing facilities and on deck showers.
Included within your charter are 3 freshly prepared meals per day, selected snacks between dives, bottled soft drinks, mineral water, tea and coffee.
Extras available to purchase on board are local wines, beers, mixers and diet drinks.

Life on board
Upon arrival you will be led aboard and you will receive your boat briefing whilst your evening meal is being prepared. During dinner you have the chance to meet your fellow divers for the week and chat about the reefs you’re likely to visit.
The following morning after breakfast MY Blue Pearl aims to leave port between 8am to 9am, but departure time is in the hands of the coast guard so please allow it an hour either way.
On the MY Blue Pearl you dive “Nitrox for free”.
Weekly schedule on MY Blue Pearl:
Day 1: 2 to 3 dives
Day 2 to 5: up to 4 dives (No Marine Park)
Day 2 to 5: up to 3 dives (Marine Park)
Day 6: 2 dives
Important recommendations
At Blue Planet Liveaboards there are a few limitations and some recommendations on dives, depending on the qualifications:
North and wrecks – 20 dives, Advanced Open Water or equivalent (recommended)
St. John`s – 30 dives, Advanced Open Water or equivalent (recommended)
Marine parks as Brothers, Daedalus, Rocky and Zabargad require at least 50 dives and Advanced Open Water or equivalent.
On the MY Blue Seas, MY Blue Pearl and MY Blue you dive “Nitrox for free”.
